It is the user&#8217;s responsibility to periodically review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates through the link (Privacy Policy Link). We also recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy to learn more about how Sixth Gulf uses the information provided by platform users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility for Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user acknowledges the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They have never been previously suspended or prohibited from using Sixth Gulf&#8217;s services at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are not a competitor to Sixth Gulf and do not offer any competing products to the services provided by Sixth Gulf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information provided to fulfill the services is valid and accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They provide accurate and updated information to Sixth Gulf regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They review and act upon any notifications sent by Sixth Gulf related to the use of the platform\u2019s services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They use the service or platform only for lawful purposes and do not purchase or receive any illegal materials or commit fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not interfere with the proper functioning of the Sixth Gulf platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not cause any harm to the service or platform in any form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They do not copy or distribute the platform or its content without written permission from Sixth Gulf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They keep their account password or any login credentials secure and confidential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They provide all the necessary data to fulfill the service properly at Sixth Gulf&#8217;s sole discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sixth Gulf has the right to deny service or use of the platform without providing reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of License<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and revocable license to access and use our services for commercial purposes only in accordance with this agreement. Therefore, users must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make the services available or rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute, or sublicense them to any third party outside the scope of the agreement or affiliated or sister companies and their clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify, excerpt, translate, summarize, reverse engineer the design of the Sixth Gulf platform, or attempt to discover or access the source code or internal design of the services or any text, multimedia content (images, audio, video files), data, or other information provided by Rassem or any third-party service provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete or alter any copyright or official notices included in the services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliberately transmit or distribute the services or allow their download for purposes not defined here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share usernames and\/or passwords or any other access credentials to Sixth Gulf&#8217;s services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All intellectual property rights of this platform and all related materials or content displayed on it (including any content provided or uploaded by Sixth Gulf) are the property of Sixth Gulf, and Sixth Gulf has full discretion in managing these rights. Reproducing or allowing anyone to use or reproduce the services or any trademarks or trade names displayed within the services for any reason is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf reserves the right to impose new fees for the use of the platform or the services, or both. If any new fees are imposed, users will be notified and will have the option to continue or terminate the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users must pay the service provider via bank transfer or approved electronic payment methods before receiving the service, with the option of a \u201cProject Wallet + Cost Center\u201d to regulate financial flows and ensure continuity of services via the platform. This is managed through invoicing between financial departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf reserves the right to block the user in case of non-payment for services provided by the service provider. The block will not be lifted until all due payments are settled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pricing Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices for services provided by international service providers via the platform are determined accordingly, and the user\u2019s request or benefit from the service is considered a commitment to pay the amounts due, as explained in the Payment section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indemnity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By agreeing to these terms and using the platform or services, the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sixt Gulf, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys, and agents from any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney\u2019s fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A violation or breach of any of these user terms or applicable laws or regulations, whether referenced herein or not,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A violation of any rights of third parties, including service providers regulated by the platform,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of the platform or the services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Legal Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The information, recommendations, and services provided to the user via the website, platform, or services are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute advice. Sixth Gulf endeavors to keep the website, platform, and content updated through automation and digital integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf is not liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website or platform, including damages caused by malware or viruses. Sixth Gulf is also not liable for inaccuracies or incomplete information on the website or platform unless such damage results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Sixth Gulf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibility for the quality of services requested via the platform or service lies entirely with the service provider \u201cGlobal Distribution System \u2013 GDS\u201d delivering the final service. Under no circumstances does Sixth Gulf accept any liability related to or arising from services provided by the provider, nor is it responsible for any actions, behavior, negligence, or misconduct by the provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modify the services or any materials related to them; and\/or discontinue publishing its services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Sixth Gulf decides to stop offering its services, it may replace them with similar alternatives at its discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf provides no warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the services, which are all offered \u201cas is.\u201d Sixth Gulf explicitly disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, market suitability, and saleability of intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf does not guarantee the accuracy, content, timing, or results that may or may not be obtained through the use of the services. They agree to notify Sixth Gulf of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of any password, username, IP address, or other access methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Third-Party Interactions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While using the website, platform, or services, users may, from time to time be provided with links to third-party websites to communicate with or purchase products\/services from them or participate in promotions they offer. These links lead outside the Sixth Gulf platform and are beyond Sixth Gulf&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These third-party websites have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Sixth Gulf is not responsible for the content or activities of these sites and cannot be held liable for them. Therefore, users assume full responsibility for visiting and interacting with such sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that these websites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or request personal information. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies on those sites before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract Duration and Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract between the user and Sixth Gulf is indefinite (as a platform user). The user has the right to terminate the contract at any time by permanently deleting the app from their smartphone or deleting the account via the website, thereby automatically disabling use of the platform and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately at any time (by disabling access to the platform and services), in the event the user commits any of the following: (a) violates any of the user terms, (b) misuses the platform or services. Sixth Gulf is not obligated to send prior notice before contract termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invalidity of One or More Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The invalidity of any provision of these user terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If any provision is invalid or deemed unacceptable under the circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness, a valid and enforceable substitute provision will apply that aligns as closely as possible with the invalid provision, taking into account the content and intent of these user terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service and Terms Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sixth Gulf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these user terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue the service or platform (including, without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the website or sending a notice to users via the service, platform, or email.
