  • Bookings are subject to the terms of the suppliers — carriers, hotels and service providers.
  • Amendments, cancellations and refunds are subject to supplier terms and may incur fees.
  • Refunds are processed according to the timeline of the supplier or issuing party.

Visas

The decision to issue or refuse a visa rests with the embassy or the competent authority. Sixth Gulf's responsibility is the accuracy of the file, the follow-up, and early notification of observations or missing items.

Visit programmes inside the Kingdom

Visit programmes, experiences and sites are subject to the regulations and instructions issued by the competent authorities, and to the permits and bookings available. They may change with the season.
